How do I make payments for E-Gazette services?
Payments can be made securely through:
Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
What happens after I submit my application?
Once your documents and payment are received, the system automatically verifies them and forwards them to authorized officers for final review and publication. You’ll receive updates via email or SMS throughout the process
Can I get a refund if I make a payment in error or if it is a duplicate?
Yes. Refunds are processed only for duplicate payments or system errors. Requests must be submitted to Customer Service within seven business days, accompanied by proof of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days via the original payment method
How can I apply or submit a gazette notice?
You can submit your application directly on the E-Gazette platform by creating an account, uploading required documents, completing payment, and tracking your application online. All submissions are verified and reviewed by authorized government officers before publication
Can someone apply on my behalf?
Yes, a legal representative or authorized officer can submit an application on your behalf, provided they have the required documentation and authorization.
